Troy has more than 25 years of experience in senior executive positions in international franchising and business development working directly with and consulting for both franchisors and master franchisees and spanning across more than 70 countries and multiple regions including extensive experience in the Asia Pacific Region and across the Indian-Sub Continent, Middle East, Europe and parts of Africa.
Troy represented Gloria Jean’s Coffees, Australia’s leading speciality coffee retailer, as a consultant and in various senior executive positions for several years and during that time managed and was directly involved in developing Gloria Jean’s Coffees in more than 45 countries and territories worldwide.
Gidon is the founder and head of Global Business Development for GFP Group (Global Franchise Partners).
He has extensive experience in global franchising, having worked with international brands such as McCafe, Gloria Jean’s Coffees, Second Cup, Krispy Kreme, Cookieman, Tully’s Coffee, Jamaica Blue and more.
Gidon’s strength lies in building and maintaining strong relationships and over the years he has accumulated a wealth of contacts around the world; with franchisors, master franchisees, investors, VC firms, PE groups and strategic partners.
He is a strategic and lateral thinker with strong leadership skills and a positive solution-focused approach who identifies opportunities and is able to bring together the required people, skills and expertise to maximize these.
